We bring a broad, proven repertoire of human-centered frameworks and methods to our work with leaders, teams, and organizations. We co-create every project with individual and organizational clients as we deeply value each client’s expertise of context and challenges and recognize the uniqueness of a client’s context, capacity, and goals.
We primarily work with clients from the non-profit, social, and higher education sectors. Our services range from short-term coaching support to long-term leadership development for individuals and teams, as well as from retreat design and facilitation to strategic process and capacity transformation.
Embodying our commitment to the common good, we offer organizations dedicated to social or environmental justice or strengthening the civic commons discounted rates.

Who We Are
Who We Are
Annette Bridges, Ph.D., serves as the CCW Linguistic and Writing Specialist and is a professional translator and editor who works primarily in Spanish, German, and English. She has over two decades of professional experience in cross-cultural and multilingual training and education and is accredited by the American Translators Association.
Patrick Forster, ACC, COC, MA, and Principal and Head Coach at CCW, has over 20 years of professional experience in learning design and systems, people and organizational development, and is a trained organizational coach and a certified member of the International Coaching Federation.
