At Coaching Consulting Works, we believe sustainable organizational success depends on the quality of relationships — within individuals, between people, and across systems.
Our work is grounded in:
emotional and relational intelligence
systems thinking and network awareness
mindfulness and reflective practice
strengths- and values-based leadership
equity-informed and culturally responsive approaches
We support leaders and organizations in learning how to learn, grow, and thrive together.
We work collaboratively with our clients as strategic thought partners.
Rather than prescribing solutions, we:
help surface what matters most
create space for insight and dialogue
support aligned decision-making
design processes that build capability, not dependence
Our engagements are tailored, context-specific, and grounded in trust.
Our work spans leadership coaching, team and unit development, organizational strategy, and change management — with a particular focus on nonprofits and higher education institutions.
We support:
leadership and talent development
team effectiveness and collaboration
strategic planning and adaptive change
organizational capacity building
board development and governance effectiveness
Across all of this work, we attend closely to both systems and the human experience within them.
Clients sometimes ask about the frameworks and assessments we use.
We draw on a curated set of evidence-based approaches—including emotional intelligence, leadership impact, strengths, values, cultural difference, and network awareness—selected for relevance and fit within each client’s context.
Tools support the work; they do not define it.
Our primary value lies in helping clients interpret insight, make meaning, and translate learning into action—within the realities of their roles, relationships, and systems.
Clients choose to work with us because we:
listen deeply and think systemically
balance warmth with rigor
hold complexity without oversimplifying
support both reflection and action
stay focused on mission, people, and impact
Patrick was a wonderful coach—warm, compassionate, and deeply supportive. He helped me explore the challenges and opportunities I faced as a new Executive Director, and I would readily recommend him to leaders navigating complex or demanding environments.
